Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

1. Overview
We believe your emails are your business. This Add-in is designed to provide high-performance spam filtering while maintaining the highest standards of user privacy. We do not collect, read, or store your personal email content on any external servers.
2. Data Collection and Usage
- Email Content: The Add-in scans incoming email headers (specifically the sender’s address) locally on your device to determine if they match your personal “Blacklist.”
- Local Storage: All blocked sender data (your “Blacklist”) is stored locally on your computer in a protected configuration folder (
%AppData%). This data never leaves your machine. - No Tracking: We do not track who you are emailing or the contents of your messages.
3. Licensing and Authentication
- License Validation: To activate the “Maserati” engine, the Add-in communicates with our licensing server to verify your Product Key.
- Information Transmitted: Only your License Key and a unique hardware ID (to prevent piracy) are transmitted during activation. This process is encrypted via TLS 1.2 for your security.
4. Third-Party Access
- We do not sell, trade, or share any information with third parties.
- Because the filtering happens 100% locally within your Microsoft Outlook environment, no third-party analytics are used.
5. Security
The Add-in operates within the secure framework of Microsoft Outlook VSTO. We do not require your Outlook password or access to your Microsoft Account credentials.
